  This funeral home had my aunt sign a contract and agreed to services. At that time my grandmother was on her death bed with only a day or two to live. She died June 6 at 5:06 pm. My mother contacted the funeral home and her and her brothers and sisters had to wait hours with no response and my grandmothers body not picked up. The family finally was forced to call another funeral home who came to pick up my grandmothers body in less than 30 minutes. Horrible service and forced the family in to a complicated situation during a difficult time. Horrible service.
